1. Who We Are

Lakewood Auto LLC (“Lakewood Auto,” “we,” “us”) sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who give us their mobile phone number and agree to receive them. These terms explain how our text messaging works.

2. Types of Messages

Account and transaction messages are about your inquiry, appointment, or application. Examples: appointment confirmations and reminders, links to forms or documents you need to complete, vehicle availability for a car you asked about, and updates on your paperwork. You agree to these when you submit one of our forms with your mobile number.

Marketing messages are about vehicles, offers, and services. We send these only if you check the separate marketing permission box on one of our forms. Marketing messages may be sent using an automated system.

3. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

Agreeing to marketing messages is optional. You do not have to agree to receive marketing messages to buy or finance a vehicle or to use any of our services.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your activity with us. For example, you may receive several messages while completing paperwork and fewer afterward.

5. Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for text messages.

6. How to Opt Out or Get Help

Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no more texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 1‑404‑997‑2272 or info@lakewoodauto.net. If you opt out of marketing, we may still send account messages about a transaction you have in progress until it is complete.

7. Supported Carriers

Text messaging is available on most major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Your Mobile Information

We do not share your mobile phone number or your text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share it with service providers who help us send messages for us. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms and will post the revised effective date here.
